Stamped and bent-stamped parts
For form stamping, we create stamped and bent-stamped parts from metal belts by forming these under a pressure of up to 130 tons to achieve tool spans of up to a maximum of 1200 x 700 mm. In the area of stamping and bent stamping, we work with ultra-modern Bihler machines as well as with similarly ultra-modern automatic stamping machines. The processes of material rivet feeding as well as the clinching or mid-frequency resistance welding are directly and entirely automatically built into the stamping and bent-stamping tool and executed there.
We provide you with:
- Stamped parts and bent-stamped parts with highly complex geometries
- As flat and shaped springs
- Made of spring-tempered materials (PT belts, stainless steel) • Made of soft materials (steel, aluminum, copper, brass)
- In thicknesses ranging from 0.2 to 4.0 mm
- In widths ranging from 5 to 280 mm
- With all currently available surface coatings (provided by highly regarded partners)
- With technically achievable thermal treatments (provided by highly regarded partners)
